1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of the BondText platform by restaurants and other hospitality businesses. BondText provides software tools that enable partners to manage and monetize future capacity. All bookings, payments, and customer relationships are handled directly by each restaurant.

2. Account Registration

To access BondText, restaurants must create a business account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Responsibilities of Restaurants

• Restaurants retain full responsibility for their offerings, pricing, and customer interactions.
• All transactions, bookings, and refunds are handled directly between the restaurant and its customers.
• BondText does not act as an agent, reseller, or intermediary in any consumer contract.

4. Fees and Payment

BondText may charge subscription or service fees as agreed in writing with each restaurant. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by Danish law.

5. Limitation of Liability

BondText is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Modifications

BondText may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
